Lecture: Pascal Quintard Hofstein

Architect Pascal Quintard Hofstein will deliver a lecture titled About the Horizon as part of the Sam Fox School Public Lecture Series.

Quintard Hofstein lives and practices in Paris, France. His firm has built numerous public buildings, including the Anne Frank school complex in Les Molières (1998), the Houses of the Communes in Cattenom (2006), and a children’s facility in Sucy-en-Brie, with the landscape architecture firm D. Paysage, (2008). The Atelier Pascal Quintard Hofstein is about to finish four public edifices of different scales. A current study about vertical space, called "TBTWIN," also is in the works.

In 1982, Quintard Hofstein graduated from the Ecole d'Architecture de Paris La Villette, where he has been a tenured faculty member since 2006. He also has taught at several other universities in France, as well as Columbia University and the New York Institute of Technology.
