Biography 

Lavender Tessmer is currently a lecturer at Washington University in St. Louis, teaching courses in architectural representation and digital fabrication. She has worked with Yogiaman Tracy Architects on a variety of installations and residential and commercial projects, most recently the TEX-FAB Digital Fabrication Alliance 2013 winning entry, Cast Thicket, installed in February 2013. As a recent graduate of Washington University, she was the recipient of the 2011 Laskey Award and a Fall 2011 Degree Project Award, and was nominated for the Frederick Widmann Prize in Architecture.
