Faculty Conference Travel Grants

The Sam Fox School Faculty Conference Travel Grants were established with the goal of promoting original research and creative work of faculty within the Sam Fox School at national and international conferences. Through the presence of faculty at significant scholarly gatherings, the Sam Fox School will continue to build its reputation and support the recruitment of exceptional academic peers and students.

The Sam Fox School accepts proposals for Faculty Conference Travel Grants on a rolling basis. All Sam Fox School tenured and tenure-track faculty are eligible to apply. To qualify for a travel grant, faculty members must actively participate in the conference by presenting their original work or scholarship, delivering a keynote address, chairing a panel, or contributing as an invited participant on a panel or formal discussion. Conferences must be from the approved list or receive approval from the college director.
