Aim: Outreach through Organizations worked with Aging Ahead, a local non-profit organizations to reach homebound seniors with information about scheduling at-home vaccinations and ordering self-test kits.
Outcome: Aging Ahead has a well-resourced program, Meals on Wheels, that delivers meals to homebound seniors throughout the week. The Design Studio created an informational postcard directing at-home seniors to fill out a form enabling them to receive a scheduled at-home vaccination and/or self-test kits, which were delivered with the recipients’ weekly meals.
