Coral Courts Lecture: Jeanne Gang

Jeanne Gang, FAIA, LEED AP, will deliver the Coral Courts Lecture, titled High and Low, as part of the Sam Fox School Public Lecture Series. Gang leads Studio Gang Architects, a practice generating innovative and award-winning works of architecture. Her projects have been published and exhibited widely, including at the National Building Museum and the International Venice Biennale. She is an adjunct faculty member at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where her work has focused on megacities and material technologies.

This lecture is being held in conjunction with the Graduate Architecture Open House.

Coral Courts Lecture

The Coral Courts Lecture highlights outstanding architecture practitioners from across the United States and abroad. The lecture is named in honor of the Coral Courts Motel, a now-demolished Streamlined Moderne motor court formerly located in St. Louis along Route 66. Past Coral Courts Lecturers have included Ricardo Legoretta, Rafael Vitoly, Marlon Blackwell, Rick Joy, Billie Tsien, Julie Snow, Carlos Jimenez, Wendell Burnette, and J. Meejin Yoon.
