Students from universities across the country will gather at the Sam Fox School on October 5 to attend this year's AIAS national conference, “Thrive: A Career Prep Program,” hosted by Washington University.

Thrive will feature a daylong series of educational sessions led by St. Louis professionals, covering tips and tricks for thriving in the profession, from landing your first job and starting on your first project to making meaningful contributions with confidence. Additional programming includes a portfolio review session and a social event organized by the WashU AIAS student chapter on October 4. For full details, download the event poster and follow WashU AIAS on Instagram.

The conference is open to all students at any stage of their education. The cost is $25 for AIAS members and $75 for nonmembers; register online here by October 1>>

As part of the conference there will be a happy hour event from 5-7p October 5, which will be open to all. This is an opportunity for students to meet with professionals from the St. Louis architecture community.
