Jared Della Valle is the CEO and founder of Alloy, a real estate developer in New York City. He has been an architect and real estate professional for more than 20 years and has managed the acquisition and predevelopment of more than 2 million square feet in New York City along the Highline, and in Hudson Yards, DUMBO, and downtown Brooklyn.

Della Valle is the board chair of the Van Alen Institute, a member of the boards of the Architectural League of New York and the Downtown Brooklyn Partnership, and a member of the U.S. Green Building Council. He has taught at Columbia University, Syracuse University, Washington University, Parsons School of Constructed Environments, and Lehigh University. He has lectured widely at major universities and institutions, and his work has been the subject of more than 100 articles and publications, including the monograph Think/Make, published by Princeton Architectural Press.

Della Valle earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Lehigh University and both his Master of Architecture and Master of Construction Management from Washington University. In 2003, the School of Architecture honored him with a Young Alumni Award. He is a LEED-certified, licensed architect in New York State and a licensed real estate broker. He holds a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards certificate and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.
