Pam Bliss

Pam Bliss established Bliss Collaborative, a full-service graphic design studio, in 1999.

Through Pam’s professional design practice, she counts on digging deep into creative resourcefulness, consensus-building, and delivering durable projects with proven results. Pam’s experience and client base focuses on retail, fine arts, and financial organizations. Past and present clients include the Gateway Foundation, Citygarden, the St. Louis Community Foundation, Plaza Frontenac, Aker Technologies and John Burroughs School.

Although her career has focused on strategy and design for clients, Pam returns as a guest lecturer to the Sam Fox School. From 1995 to 2003, she taught senior-level graphic design with an emphasis on applying design fundamentals to develop bold creative strategy for client-based projects.

Pam’s work has been awarded through juried competitions by AIGA National and the local AIGA St. Louis Chapter, the Art Directors Club National and local, and the Urban Land Institute, and is published in Communication Arts, Graphis Inc., and American Corporate Identity, among others.

Called to public service, Pam engages her strong creative drive as a committed member of the Webster Groves City Council. She is devoted to making a difference in the community by promoting sustainable policy and actions, equal opportunity and dignity to all.

Prior to Bliss Collaborative, Pam held the Retail Director position at Kiku Obata & Company. Pam achieved her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.
