Tori Forster

Tori is an illustrator hailing from Whidbey Island, Washington. She started out her undergraduate studies as a history major, but soon realized she would much rather draw historical figures and costumes than write about them. Her work often draws from history and fairy tales from her childhood. Her primary mediums are graphite, digital, and watercolor, though she is currently trying to wield ink, to mixed results. Her work is primarily made with children in mind, and she hopes to eventually illustrate children’s books. When she isn’t making art, she can be found with her nose in a book, or tackling an experimental recipe in the kitchen.
