Chad Henry



Chad Henry comes to the Sam Fox School with more than 20 years of experience in research development and administration at WashU. He has worked in sponsored research services for the School of Medicine, helped lead the Brown School’s research office, and, most recently, was the Operations Manager for the International Center for Energy, Environment and Sustainability (InCEES). He has assembled teams from across the University to secure funding for research and interdisciplinary initiatives. Notable projects on which he’s been deeply engaged include the launch of the Brown School’s public health program and the 2017 Solar Decathlon College Team Competition (CRETE House), which involved collaboration with the Sam Fox School. Additionally, he helped establish a partnership with Bloomberg Philanthropies for the University to assist the City of St. Louis as a winner of the American Cities Climate Challenge and in hosting the Fall 2020 Midwestern Climate Summit Think Tank series.

Chad has a master’s degree in business administration from the Olin Business School and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Tulane University.
