Danielle Groak

Danielle Gro'ak is an illustrator, writer, and educator who celebrates children’s playfulness and power to enhance our world. She teaches and develops arts-integrated Pre-K to Grade 12 curriculum for schools, nonprofits, and museums, including the nationally award-winning suite of digital resources, Noah’s Ark at the Skirball: Art of Imagination. Danielle draws, colors, and collages with recycled materials to reimagine everyday encounters with others and the environment. She relies on texture, humor, and childlike imagination to depict nature as a living, breathing character in our lives.
