Stepping Up …and Stepping Out
As we approach the milestone of NCAA’s 50th gathering we take the opportunity to look inward, to self-assess, and to plan for the future generations of NCAA art administrators and educators. Stepping Up and Stepping Out from our usual modus operandi is necessary to continue to create an environment where everyone can flourish. NCAA seeks stories and examples of practical and innovative strategies to ground ourselves through long-term goals while helping us to address the short-term challenges we encounter in our day-to-day operations. Our Ignite panel will center itself around thoughtful examples of and discussion about what we might do better, how arts administration has or should change, and if arts administration might make us more effective communicators and societal leaders.
